BookTransla provides AI-powered book translation services. We use Claude AI by Anthropic to translate books between languages while preserving formatting and context.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use our translation services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Content
Regarding content you upload:
- You retain all ownership rights to your original content
- You grant us a limited license to process your content for translation
- You may not upload copyrighted content without authorization
Payment Terms
Our payment terms:
- Prices are displayed before translation begins
- Payment is processed through Paddle as our Merchant of Record
- Prices may include applicable taxes based on your location
Intellectual Property
The BookTransla service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high-quality translations, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy for all content types.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
