Data Storage and Security
Your uploaded files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 and are encrypted at rest. Files are retained for 30 days after translation completion, then automatically deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) - For translation processing
- Paddle - For payment processing (see Paddle section below)
- Cloudflare - For file storage and CDN
- Lulu - For print-on-demand services
Payment Processing (Paddle)
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record for payment processing. When you make a purchase, Paddle acts as the seller of record and handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance.
When you make a purchase, we share necessary information with Paddle including your email address, name, and payment details. Paddle processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy.
