We offer a full refund policy for all digital translation services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a refund.

Digital Translation Services

All digital translation purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. By downloading your translated file, you acknowledge that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

Print Orders

For print-on-demand orders, you can request a full refund before printing begins. Once your order has entered production, refunds are not available due to the custom nature of printed products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@booktransla.com
  2. Provide your order ID or transaction reference
  3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policies.
